On a work-study contract at Richard Vins & Spiritueux, I work side by side with the operations teams: order management, logistics, purchasing. I listen to what eats up their time, then turn it into a business tool or an automation.
My approach fits in one sentence: go and meet people on the ground, understand what they actually need, and turn it into software. Data reliability, dashboards, AI agents: every tool starts from a problem someone described to me in their own words.
